Asen Yordanov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for our AI-powered chatbot systems, with a special focus on German language interactions;
• Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness while identifying potential biases and hallucinations;
• Create and maintain test cases that cover both conventional functionality and AI-specific scenarios;
• Work closely with internal teams to refine chatbot behavior and conversational flows;
• Monitor and analyze chatbot performance using specialized tools like Celonis;
• Manage regression testing to ensure system stability across updates;
• Document findings and provide actionable feedback to development teams through JIRA.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 2 years of experience in software testing principles;
• Proficiency in German language (required for testing German language chatbot interactions);
• Experience in validating AI language model outputs and identifying potential biases or hallucinations;
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress;
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and mock services for backend simulation;
• Basic experience with SQL;
• Proficiency in JIRA for detailed bug tracking and documentation;
• Ability to provide constructive feedback on chatbot design and functionality;
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
