About the Role

We harness advanced AI to transform the way companies approach ESG strategy and reporting. As our ESG Data & Knowledge Engineer, you’ll help build the next generation of sustainable business solutions. If you thrive on data integration, ETL, ML, text mining, RAG, and graph technologies—and want to create real-world impact—we’d love to talk with you.

Your Main Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and enhance our ESG company and document database utilizing graph technologies and advanced text mining techniques.

● Optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data pipelines to seamlessly integrate diverse ESG data sources into our database.

● Architect and refine our Graph RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) framework, delivering end-to-end RAG solutions for our SaaS-based ESG platform and custom projects.

● Co-develop the ESG knowledge model, leveraging it alongside statistical methods and AI to create innovative functionalities for our ESG business solutions.

● Design and optimize algorithms for calculating ESG indicators and metrics to ensure accuracy and scalability.

● Collaborate with the application development team to implement and deploy our SaaS-based ESG business solution.

● Partner with the product management team to align ESG product development with market demands and customer requirements.

● Drive the evolution of AI strategies by collaborating cross-functionally within the company to shape future innovations.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

● Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, knowledge engineering, or software product management

● Experience with data orchestrator platforms (Apache Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, etc.)

● Knowledge of graph databases (GraphDB, Neo4j, etc.) and SPARQL

● Proficiency in Python

● Basic knowledge of API development

● Proven expertise in LLM-based solutions (e.g. RAG systems) design using established frameworks (e.g. Langchain)

● Proven expertise in product-based consulting and process management frameworks

● Strong understanding of go-to-market processes within the enterprise software domain
