We are looking for a Designer to join our experienced team. The role will focus primarily on an account for a global brand, needing an intelligent approach to creative production. We have formed a small team to serve the client’s operational needs, with the goal of scaling it over time.

Requirements
Qualifications
3-5 years professional experience
1+years experience leading other designers or a design-process
Experience with motion design such and Adobe After Effects as well as other motions software
You are an advanced user of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (mainly: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and other design software
You have worked on large scale campaigns across a broad range of media
You stay updated on current trends and competitors within the design sphere
Strong understanding of marketing trends and best practices
Experience in project management tools such as Slack, Google Suite, and Asana
Experience working with data-driven insights to optimize creative content
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
Willing to learn Bannerflow
Excellent written and spoken English
Key responsibilities
Leading the creative production of marketing assets for a wide array of outlets
Communicating with varying stakeholders such as the marketing team, local markets, brand representatives, copywriters and other designers
Used to taking creative briefs and approaching them systematically, creating domain-knowledge over time
The team is tasked with:
Producing and maintaining visual elements ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints for our clients
Creating engaging and creative graphics with a focus on animation and motion design
Design high-quality graphic assets for ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns
Develop creative concepts tailored for different platforms and audiences
Ensure designs are optimized for performance and drive conversions
Maintain brand consistency while adhering to platform guidelines and user preferences
Work efficiently and independently to meet tight deadlines
Collaborate with other creatives and marketing teams to deliver a holistic brand experience
Your team
Collaborate with the client’s team of Designers, Copywriters, Project/Campaign managers and Digital Marketers
Reporting
You will be working directly with a team of Designers and Digital Producers
